ABOUT CRISTINA DI GRAZIA
A West Marin real estate expert, Cristina di Grazia is one of Sotheby’s top-performing agents. Representing both buyers and sellers, Cristina oversaw 35 million USD in sales in 2015, including some of West Marin’s most exclusive properties.
Her success is grounded in her deep connection to West Marin’s natural beauty, her passion for exceptional design, and her sharp business savvy. Over the years she has cultivated many long term and loyal clients who appreciate the skill and sensitivity with which she guides them through the buying or selling process.
After receiving a design degree from UC Santa Barbara, Cristina achieved success in high tech sales - working in San Francisco while living by the ocean in West Marin. In 1999 she segued into a real estate career, combining her knack for sales and eye for design with her love for coastal living. By 2001, she had co-founded Highway One Properties in Stinson Beach.
In 2013, Cristina joined forces with Sotheby's International Realty in Marin, which has since acquired Highway One Properties. The partnership was a perfect match – in just a short time Cristina has proven her success, quickly becoming a leading agent representing buyers and sellers with some of West Marin’s most sought after properties.
Cristina's diverse portfolio spans from turn of the century charmers to high-end residential sales and rentals. Her knowledge of coastal land, community protocol, county-building restrictions, and nuances of the coastal commission are extensive.
Regarded for her attention to detail through the entire escrow process, as well as keeping tabs on trends in the market place, Cristina makes sure her clients have what they need to make well-informed decisions and get the most from their investments.
Like many of her clients, Cristina began her journey to West Marin in the City. She grew up in a unique historic property on Liberty Hill in San Francisco. Eventually her family moved to Kentfield in Marin County, where Cristina’s connection to nature grew. Roaming day after day through the redwood forests and golden grasslands behind her house instilled in her a life-long love for the region’s open spaces and untamed spirit.
Cristina has spent nearly three decades in Stinson Beach - raising her two young daughters and deepening her ties to the community. She has coached soccer for several years, conducted fundraising for local schools, held board member seats at local foundations, and is committed to a number of charitable institutions.
